Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. We accept most major credit cards via our secure payment processor, Paypal processor only. This is the best online protection for customers and sellers that we could find anywhere on the internet. Every single IP is checked and authenticated by us also, so our fraud detection is well above the normal required.
Q. My payment won't work, or I received an error, or I'm not sure if it worked, can you help?
A. Yes We Can. From time to time, errors on payment gateways may, can, and do occur. If you experience any issues while processing a payment for your order, simply contact us and advise what error or issue you are receiving. We will check firstly to see if your payment actually went thru, we can see this directly from our merchant terminal. If your payment was not processed, we can certainly do it manually and the issue resolved within minutes so please don't hesitate to contact us at any time, we're here to help and get you sorted on the day!
