    Laying a flexible tape down on the inside, the length is 148mm 

    Measuring inside from left to right is 68mm, this can be squeezed in or stretched out.

  • Hi, are you positive the Gold parts are brass ?? How do you know for sure ? Cheers

    Hi. Yes the gold plated parts are made from brass, I visited the work shop where this was made many years ago. The idea was so if the gold plating was to wear off, you could still polish it up and have it look nice, and it was a lower cost method to using solid gold parts.

  • how do you fix a watch? will you picture this item with the watch?

    Hi. The silver tabs that can be seen under the decorative gold parts fold down over the watch pin and between the body of the watch and the pin. When these are pushed in place the gold decorative part folds down to cover. I will ad a photo of a watch sitting in place. Cheers Marcel
