Hi. To get the size, measure around your chest and waist (waist at belly button height) in inches, also back length from the back neck line of your tee-shirt to the desired length. Good idea to let me know your height too. But, that said, you can't beat trying one on, if you are planning on buying a custom made vest that is more expensive than a basic vest. I recommend buying a stock vest in roughly your size, going by the measurments. try it on, then post it back and the cost of the vest, less the postage will be credited to your vest order.
